To support our youth and young adult generations in finding their place in the world and help them to thrive. We work through the EPIC standard of Evangelize (evangelizing youth to transition from standard Christian lives to determined followers of Jesus), Pray (teaching youth the power of prayer), Invite (inviting young people from all walks of life to our services) and Connect (connecting with and giving back to our awesome communities).

EPIC Youth was founded by Tremayne Thompson in 2015 when he realised that youth were starting to become a forgotten link in his church community. He founded EPIC Youth on the basis of our mission (see above). He believed that all children, youth and young adult should have equal opportunities in our communities to that of adults. In Mark 10:13-16,  people were bringing children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them. In 2017, one of the youth from the first EPIC Youth youth group, left New Zealand to take up a new home in Los Angeles, USA. After 2 months, he called Tremayne saying that the one thing he missed from New Zealand was EPIC Youth International and was he allowed to start one up over there. St Timothy's Catholic Church, Los Angeles, became the first International youth group changing the organisations name to EPIC Youth International. From there other youth spread out overseas and EPIC Youth International now has centers in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Poland and just recently, Argentina.
